Serving Opportunities

God designed us to be in a relationship with one another, and community is exactly what Jesus lived, demonstrated, and taught His followers. Small Groups are the best place for all of us to become mature disciples of Christ.  If you are interested in leading or hosting a small group, fill out the form below and we will get you started! 

Schedule is flexible based upon your availability.  Small group leaders typically lead their group weekly. 

Discipleship and relationship go hand-in-hand.  Our young adults are yearning for authentic community and someone that can walk alongside of them.  Facilitate a small group and watch how the Lord uses you in the life of a Young Adult! 

Schedule: Small group days will be determined by you and the group. Need to be able to commit to at least 3 times per month.  Our Young Adult age range is 18 to late 20’s, we are looking for leaders who are older than that. 

“Seeing Him IN Everyone” we believe it is all part of God’s plan to care, love and welcome adults with unique needs into our church community and consider it a privilege to offer a fun curriculum in a self-contained classroom with opportunities to integrate with peers.  If you have a heart for serving this special community, let us know!

Third service 10:45am – 12:15pm 
Rotation based upon your availability 

At Illuminate, our community of women are encouraged to grow and serve alongside one another and Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for all stages of spiritual growth and teaching. We’d love for you to serve with us in the following areas: 

Hospitality – coordinating refreshments for gatherings such as discipleship class and studies 

Special Events Team – creative contribution through ideas, decoration, coordinating volunteers and vendors, promotion, set up and clean up 

Communications – assisting in social media, text, and email communication to promote ministry opportunities and events 

Administration – assisting teams with administrative duties, special projects, handouts for studies, etc. 

Host Team – welcoming guests for special events and gatherings 

Outreach – working with our in house outreach team to provide teaching, mentoring or assisting in outreach events for our community partners

We are building a community of godly men; we want to use your gifting and passion to serve!  We would love to speak with you about how you can get involved in a way that fits for you. 

Leadership – leading through teaching, discipleship, mentorship or being a facilitator 

Hospitality – serving in the kitchen for all our current Bible Studies 

Special Events – assisting in putting on special events 

Outreach – teaching and mentoring with our community partners

There is no exact age when a person becomes a “senior.” We say if you visit our gospel-centered group and are blessed by your experience, you are welcome! Whether you’re a retiree or soon will be, a grandparent or someone with adult children, married or single, you’ll find a vibrant community that we call Cornerstone.

We have multiple opportunities for discipleship, small groups, volunteering, activities, and social events with other active senior adults who like to spend time in fellowship and service. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to fit in, because there are no strangers here, only friends we have not met. Welcome to the Cornerstone Family.
